Staff Teambuilding Event makes PwC Go Wild in Leeds!

PwC in Leeds briefed us to deliver an active staff teambuilding event designed to boost employee engagement, productivity, teamwork and wellbeing for their Summer Social.

What We Did for their Staff Teambuilding Event

Created ‘PwC Go Wild’; an event which included a series of fun, fast paced activities, both physical and mental, designed to get the whole team involved and working together. Activities including archery, darts, memory games and blindfold goalball aimed to challenge the team, with points awarded to winning participants.

Results

The team had a fun day, working and playing together; enabling them to blow off some steam while building relationships and promoting engagement in a fun, friendly environment.

It was a truly, fantastic event with some serious thought put into the activities and games to ensure they were appropriate for the target audience. Team Activ listened carefully to our requirements about designing an event that appealed to everyone due to the diverse nature of our department, and they satisfied our objectives perfectly.
